A baby stroller sold on popular online marketplace Temu has been recalled by Australia’s consumer watchdog.
The Lightweight and Foldable Baby Stroller sold by Chi Er Le Buggy Franchise was sold on the discount website between January 10 and April 10, 2024.
The stroller was available in a Standard and Deluxe Edition and came in four colours: brown, green, pink and red.

According to Product Safety Australia (PSA), the stroller does not comply with the required safety standards for prams and strollers.
It does not have a red parking brake, and the safety warnings and manufacturer labels are either missing or inadequate.
The missing safety features and lack of warning information poses a risk of “severe injury or death to young children”, PSA said.
“Consumers should stop using the product immediately,” it said.
Those who purchased the stroller should contact Chi Er Le Buggy Franchise to receive a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
