Anthony Scaramucci Calls Out Trump For Acting Like A ‘Wrestler’ After Debate

Former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci predicted that Donald Trump is 100% going to debate Kamala Harris again before pointing to a move by the former president that’s straight out of a wrestling playbook.

“He’s a wrestler, you know, it’s like a UFC thing. He’s gonna say he’s not gonna debate, he knows he lost the debate,” Scaramucci, who famously had a 10-day stint as Trump’s White House communications director, told CNN’s Anderson Cooper on Thursday.

His comments arrived hours after Trump took to his Truth Social platform to declare that “THERE WILL BE NO THIRD DEBATE.” Harris, in response, wrote on X that the two “owe it to the voters to have another debate” after Tuesday.

Scaramucci, a frequent Trump critic and a guest of the vice president’s campaign in the spin room Tuesday, recalled Trump going straight to the desk of Fox News’ Sean Hannity to declare that he “won” the debate even though he “knows” he lost it.

He added that he knew Trump was “in trouble” over two hours before the debate kicked off.

“He’s landing the plane at 6:57 p.m. for a 9 o’clock show and he’s not gonna be ready, he’s gonna be unraveled,” said Scaramucci before Cooper noted that Harris arrived in Philadelphia one day before.

“Jack Kennedy in 1960 got there before, Richard Nixon got there the night before.”

“Jack Kennedy spent the whole day of that debate, in fact, in his hotel room like looking at three by five cards, going over answers,” Cooper added.

Scaramucci said Harris looked well rested and “very well prepared” while Trump was being “Macho Man,” joking that he was probably playing the iconic Village People song as his plane was landing on the tarmac.
