Last month Andrea Bocelli and Shania Twain performed a brand new duet of the latter’s hit song From This Moment On aka Da Stanotte in Poi, at the Italian maestro’s final 30th anniversary concert.
The track is the single from his forthcoming album Duets, set for release on October 25.
To coincide with the song, a music video has been launched today that the pair are “thrilled” to share with fans.
The footage’s synopsis reads: “The touching new music video, produced by Intergalactic Studios, features a real-life couple documenting the special moment of their engagement in a sunrise hot air balloon trip in Cappadocia, Turkey.
“With an authentic, ‘home video’ feel throughout, the couple shared this special milestone in their lives together for this track.”
When asked what it was like to duet with such globally-renowned talents over the years, Andrea Bocelli replied: “To mix voices, mix the vibrations, is for me a very exciting experience, sensual and spiritual at the same time. Something intimate and deep is established between the two voices that sing a duet. We singers are in constant search of colleagues able to give life to this alchemy.”
The full double album Duets is set for release on October 25, while his duet with Twain is out now as a single.
