Tata Steel
Tata Steel on Wednesday reported 51% growth in its consolidated net profit at Rs 960 crore, which is lower than the Street estimates of Rs 994 crore.

Coal India
State-owned Coal India on Wednesday reported 4% year-on-year growth in its consolidated net profit to Rs 10,959 crore for the quarter ended June 2024.

Infosys
Infosys is being investigated by the Directorate General of GST Intelligence for the alleged evasion of over Rs 32000 crore, ET reported. However, the company clarified that as per regulations, GST is not applicable on the expenses under scrutiny.

Bank of Baroda
Bank of Baroda on Wednesday reported a 6% growth in June quarter consolidated net profit at Rs 4,727.81 crore, as the state-run lender calibrated loan growth.

Sonata Software posted a net profit of Rs 106 crore in the first quarter. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,527 crore.
