It’s the perfume brand that has made a name for itself thanks to its incredible array of “dupes” for luxury brands’ famous scents.
And Aussie fragrance house Aerre is back with an Armani-inspired scent that is winning plaudits from shoppers at home and overseas.
Midnight Whisper is inspired by Armani’s famous Si scent.

But rather than costing as much as $297, shoppers can pick up a 50mL bottle of Midnight Whisper for just $39 on the Aerre website.
Like Armani Si, Midnight Whisper promises to be a “fragrance that radiates elegance and charm”.
Featuring notes of berries and blackcurrants, florals including freesias and fresh roses and undertones of musky blond wood, it’s a scent for everyday wear as well as special occasions.
As with all Aerre perfumes, Aerre say they source their scents from Grasse, or the world’s perfume capital.
The scents are also colourrant and UV filter-free, as well as vegan and cruelty-free.
Those who have tried Midnight Whisper from Aerre have raved about it on the website, and it’s got a 4.7-star rating online.
“This fragrance is absolutely stunning and lasts a long time,” wrote one.
“I have received many compliments whilst wearing it! 100 per cent recommend purchasing Midnight Whisper.”
Another said: “My all-time favourite perfume is Si. I have had several people ask me what am I wearing. I am always pleased to tell them it is Midnight Whisper”.
A third added: “Honestly, I cannot tell the difference between the brand and Midnight Whisper.
“I also really like the magnetic lid. Nice touch. I am so happy I accidentally found Aerre. I am definitely eyeing off a few other eau de parfums to add to my collection.”
All of Aerre’s perfumes are produced in Provence, France, where many of the world’s leading perfumiers make their products.
But prices are much lower than other top-end fragrances, starting from just $29.
Aerre have a number of other scents apart from Midnight Whisper, including Joshua Tree, Amber Haze, Forest Haze and the best-selling Bliss Release — modelled on Baccarat Rouge 540 perfume by Maison Francis Kurkdijian.
