What’s your essential summer purchase—and why do you love it?
I could never find a versatile, practical, and chic business bag, so I decided to design my own, and it’s been a game-changer: It fits my laptop and everything I need for work, with extra room for high heels or yoga clothes. What’s a beauty product that everybody should get their hands on—and why?
I love Dr. Emi’s Perfectly Plump as it gives my lips natural volume. I really appreciate the brand’s transparency and educational approach: they explain every ingredient in detail. I usually apply the balm under my lipstick, but it also works on its own for a natural look on those sunny beach days.
What’s a place you love to visit—and how do you spend your time there?
My startup is in a crucial phase, so I don’t have a big summer vacation planned—but I love escaping to Soho Farmhouse on Sundays. It’s a dreamy, serene place two hours from London that gives me a vacation-like feeling—the perfect weekend getaway. I usually go early in the morning, enjoy an iced coffee on the lawns, take a dip in the pool, and spend most of my time reading my book (currently, that’s Blue Sisters by Coco Mellors—I’ve just started, but I’m really relishing it).
What’s the one summer shoe you can’t recommend enough?
I bought a pair last year from Gia Borghini, a brand launched in 2016 by Barbara Florence (who also happens to be a strong supporter of female empowerment). The shoe is delicate, gives my foot a beautiful silhouette, and the unique back closure makes it a talking point!
What’s one accessory you can’t do without—and why?
My clutch! I use it as a wallet during lunch at the beach and as a practical accessory for after-work events. A couple of weeks ago, I added a beautiful cord to it—meaning it can easily transfer into an evening bag.
