Bella Hadid‘s hair is giving my holiday decorations a run for their money this year. The model’s dark brunette color and super-sleek style is so shiny, the tinsel is jealous.
After a brief fling with honey-blonde hair and chunky Kelly Clarkson-style highlights in late 2022 and early 2023, Hadid returned to her signature inky espresso color once more. Judging from a handful of new pics of the model, it looks like she has recently refreshed the color and turned the shine way, way up, just in time for the sparkle and shimmer of the holiday season.
In a new photo from December 17, Hadid’s hair is so shiny it’s practically blinding. Instead of the sea siren waves she was loving earlier this year, the model opted for a straight blowout with a casual part — not quite in the center, but not quite her beloved zig-zag — and effortlessly glamorous styling. The color is on point; it’s the perfect rich, deep brown, so dark it almost looks black. (I wonder what the Bella Hadid color formula is; I bet it’s a closely guarded hair colorist secret.) Her hair has been straightened to perfection with the ends subtly curled under, and the finish is beyond glossy. It appears these photos were taken in the daytime or early evening, so we can’t even credit a camera flash for the shine. It’s all Bella!
