Queen Camilla looks fabulous in white for day two of state visit to France | Royal | News

Queen Camilla looked stunning today in a white and black ensemble. Looking chic and stylish in the neutral outfit, Camilla styled a long white jacket with a black and white blouse dress.

She also stayed true to her trademark look by wearing a sparking silver and black brooch which complemented the outfit well.

The Queen was joined by Brigitte Macron at the Bibliothèque Nationale de France to launch the Franco-British literary prize.

On arrival, Camilla perused books including the first edition of Les Miserables and Asterix The Gaul.

Camilla’s sleek outfit consisted of a calf-length coat dress with a smart grey and white chiffon print dress both designed by Fiona Clare.

Coat dresses are a staple for Camilla and have essentially become a common theme in her royal wardrobe.

The white coat dress nipped the royal in at the waist, showcasing her slim figure.

While the outfit appeared rather plain, the attention to detail could be seen in the embroidered Cartier brooch and navy Van Cleef & Arpels bracelet she was wearing.

This antique diamond thistle brooch features two thistles and is incredibly sparkly.

Underneath the white coat, she wore a floaty grey and white dress with a geometric-looking print that fell softly to just below her knees and she added a matching neck scarf for another level of detail.

Her Majesty decided to pair the outfit with white and black two-tone Chanel heels to match with her brooch and dress.

Along with the Chanel heels, Camilla opted for a black bag by the same designer to complete the look.

Camilla previously wore this outfit combination when she attended a garden party at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh along with Princess Anne and King Charles.

Her Majesty also opted for a coat dress on the first day of her state visit to France as she looked stunning in a dusty pink ensemble.

The colour may have been a very deliberate decision as Queen Elizabeth II wore this same shade during her own visit to France in 2014.

To accessorise Camilla went for a Philip Treacy hat. This was the pink beret-shaped hat with a leaf design.
