Joe Rogan is floating a new theory in the mysterious relationship between disgraced sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and Bill Clinton. The podcast host thinks the financial wizard, who committed suicide in 2019 after being arrested for running a sex trafficking ring involving underage girls, was blackmailing the former U.S. president, pointing to a raunchy painting as proof.

In a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan recalled how Epstein displayed a piece of artwork in his New York townhouse that depicted Clinton in a blue dress and red heels.

“Why do you think Epstein had a giant painting of Bill Clinton in a dress in his foyer? Do you know that painting?” Rogan asked his guest, comedian Duncan Trussell. “That painting is like: ‘I got you, bitch,’” Rogan said. “That’s what that is. You’ve got a president who was on the flight logs 26 times with Epstein and you got that guy in a f***ing dress in your house. That is, ‘I got you bitch’ … That’s terrifying … You know [Clinton] knows about it.”
According to Fox News, Clinton flew on Epstein’s Boeing 727 jet a total of 26 times between 2001 and 2003. The 42nd president has denied ever visiting Epstein’s so-called “Pedophile Island,” and a rep told Forbes in 2021 that he knew “nothing about the terrible crimes Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to in Florida some years ago.”

But Rogan pointed to the painting as evidence that he had incriminating information about the politician.
“Can you imagine if I knew some horrible dark secrets about you? And you came to my house and I have a giant painting of you, right when you walk in the front door, of you in a dress and I’m like, ‘Hey buddy.’ You know how terrifying that would be?” Rogan said. “You walk right in and, bam! There’s that painting.”
“And now you kind of control a president. Holy s***,” Trussell said. “I don’t want to think about all the entities that ride presidents around like a f***ing horse … It’s crazy to think about — a president of the United States being extorted. What would it feel like to be the president and no longer feel like you were actually the president. That you were just a puppet of some other f***ing thing. That’s sinister.”

“That’s 100% what they were doing,” Rogan continued. “S***ty art of your friend who you flew with 26 times? It’s wild.”

According to Artnet, the painting is entitled Parsing Bill and was created by artist Petrina Ryan-Kleid.
Ryan-Kleid said that Clinton’s outfit in the artwork was a reference to Monica Lewinsky’s blue dress.
“It was just a silly school artwork that was supposed to show, pictorially, the messages we are bombarded with in regards to these presidents,” she said.
In 2020, the Daily Mail published photos that showed Clinton receiving a neck massage from alleged Epstein victim Chauntae Davies. The pics were allegedly taken following a flight that Clinton and Epstein took to Africa in 2002, with Davies telling the outlet that Clinton was a “perfect gentleman.”

“Jeffrey is both a highly successful financier and a committed philanthropist with a keen sense of global markets and an in-depth knowledge of twenty-first-century science,” Clinton, through a spokesman, told New York magazine in 2002. “I especially appreciated his insights and generosity during the recent trip to Africa to work on democratization, empowering the poor, citizen service and combating HIV/AIDS.”
This past January, Rogan suggested that Clinton was laying low as more accusations emerged tying some of the world’s most powerful people to Epstein.
When Rogan was asked what Clinton is up to now, he replied, “Not much. Hiding. The world turned on him.”
Clinton’s spokesperson has previously admitted he flew on Epstein’s plane four times, but maintained that he was unaware of his crimes.

“In 2002 and 2003, President Clinton took a total of four trips on Jeffrey Epstein’s airplane: one to Europe, one to Asia, and two to Africa, which included stops in connection with the work of the Clinton Foundation,” Clinton spokesman Angel Urena said in 2019.
Epstein was also connected to former President Donald Trump, tech titan Bill Gates, Prince Andrew and actor Kevin Spacey.
After Gates’ connection was revealed, his rep told the New York Times that he regretted associating with Epstein.
“Bill Gates regrets ever meeting with Epstein and recognizes it was an error in judgment to do so,” Gates’ spokesperson Bridgitt Arnold told the publication in 2019. “Gates recognizes that entertaining Epstein’s ideas related to philanthropy gave Epstein an undeserved platform that was at odds with Gates’s personal values and the values of his foundation.”

“His lifestyle is very different and kind of intriguing although it would not work for me,” Gates said in an email to colleagues in 2011, after he first met Epstein, who had already served jail time for soliciting prostitution from a minor.
Earlier this year, the Wall Street Journal reported that Epstein threatened to expose Gates’ affair with a Russian bridge player after the Microsoft co-founder refused to join the pedophile’s multi-billion-dollar charitable fund.
Meanwhile, even though they partied together in the 1980s, after Epstein’s arrest in 2019, Trump said the two had fallen out.
“I was not a fan of his, that I can tell you,” Trump said.
But their ties have been well documented. Photos showed the two partying and hanging out together.

“They were tight,” one person who observed them together told the Washington Post in 2019. “They were each other’s wingmen.”
Speaking about Clinton, Epstein allegedly told former cellmate, William “Dollar Bill” Mersey, that the former Democrat president was once a “lothario” but “can’t do anything like that now because he’s had a couple of heart surgeries.”
Last year, Epstein’s pal Ghislaine Maxwell was jailed for her role in recruiting and grooming four girls to have sexual encounters with him and his coterie of wealthy like-minded pals.
“I’m sorry for the pain that you have experienced,” she said after she was sentenced.
