How to watch AFLW finals live and free on Seven and 7plus

The 2024 AFLW finals series roars into action on the Seven Network this weekend with four blockbuster matches, featuring the game’s biggest and best stars over three epic days.

The finals series kicks off on Friday night when minor premiers North Melbourne face Adelaide in a qualifying final at Ikon Park. The live and free coverage of qualifying final starts at 7.00pm AEDT on 7mate and 7plus Sport.

Then, on Saturday night, Fremantle will host its first home final since 2020, when they face Essendon in a do-or-die elimination final at Fremantle Oval from 6.30pm AEDT, live and free on 7mate and 7plus Sport.

On Sunday, footy fans will enjoy an epic double-header from 1pm AEDT when Hawthorn and Brisbane do battle in a qualifying final at Ikon Park before Port Adelaide and Richmond clash in an elimination final at Alberton Oval.

AFLW’s No.1 commentary team will lead Seven’s finals coverage, with this weekend’s line-up boasting a group of the game’s greatest voices in women’s footy, including the competition’s most decorated player and 7AFL expert commentator, Erin Phillips.

Alongside Phillips will be Seven’s astute team of experts and callers including Abbey Holmes, Kate McCarthy, Jason Bennett, Alister Nicholson, Jo Wotton, Nigel Carmody, Alicia Eva and Sarah Olle, as well as 7NEWS sport reporters Kate Massey and Emily Beaton.
