Demi Lovato’s Baby Niece Dies Following Emergency C-Section

Demi Lovato’s youngest sister, Madison De La Garza, has announced the loss of her first baby.

On Saturday, De La Garza, 22, explained in a post on Instagram that her and her boyfriend Ryan Mitchell’s child died on Sept. 27 during an emergency C-section.

“On the evening of September 27, after an emergency c-section, Ryan and I held our little girl for the first and last time. Thank you, Xiomara, for making us parents to the most perfect angel in heaven,” the post said.

The “Desperate Housewives” alum added, “Mommy and Daddy love you, sweet girl.”

De La Garza’s family members, including Lovato, mourned the sad loss in the comments section of the post.

“I love you so much Xiomara. An angel in every sense of the world,” the “Confident” singer wrote. “I’ll be your auntie forever 💔”
