MANILA, Philippines–Juami Tiongson’s time with Terrafirma came to an end Monday after the prolific scorer was traded to perennial title contender San Miguel Beer ahead of the midseason PBA Commissioner’s Cup.

The league confirmed that it had agreed on the deal that allowed the Beermen to acquire Tiongson and role player Andreas Cahilig to the Beermen in exchange for veterans Terrence Romeo and Vic Manuel.

Terrafirma will play in the Commissioner’s Cup opener on Wednesday against Heading and Converge at Philsports Arena in Pasig City.
