The engagement news comes after the couple announced they had purchased a beach shack, sharing a photo in front of a “SOLD” sign.

“We bought a beach shack!” they wrote in a joint Instagram post.

“At one of our favourite places in the world, we’ve been working on this for what feels like forever.

“And we’re so excited to open the doors to our little abode for what will soon be an Airbnb for us to share.

The house is in coastal Merimbula, NSW – six hours south of Sydney and just one hour and 40 minutes from their farm in Delegate.

The pair first announced they had moved in together in November 2021, after becoming the only couple from their season to remain together.

“WE LIVE TOGETHER!! Dandenong Ranges -> Delegate!” Jess wrote on her Instagram at the time.

“After exactly 11 months of long distance and a million lockdowns later, today has finally arrived,” she continued.

“So excited to start this next chapter with my love, starting with a big ol’ house reno on our brand spankin’ new property! (Well, new to us).”
