Mumbai, January 6: The number of coronavirus patients in Maharashtra is increasing rapidly in the state. Along with ordinary citizens of the state, police personnel, BEST bus employees, government officials, ministers, MLAs, MPs, doctors are seen coming to the rescue of Corona. The number of corona sufferers is increasing day by day. Therefore, it is being said that strict restrictions need to be imposed on corona in the state. Medical Education Minister Amit Deshmukh has given important information on the question of whether there will be a lockdown in Maharashtra.

Lockdown?

State Medical Education Minister Amit Deshmukh said that the number of patients is increasing rapidly but it is not possible to say exactly how many patients will increase and how many will increase. It is a fact that discussions are taking place in the context of lockdown. But there is no immediate need for lockdown. Restrictions will be tightened. The decision of the lockdown will depend on the third wave and its intensity. No one wants a lockdown. Amit Deshmukh also said that efforts will be made to overcome the third wave as per what was seen in the first and second waves.

Interrupt the doctor to a large extent

Doctors in the state are seeing a large number of corona infections. The number of doctors who have been cowardly in a week has reached 279. On this, Amit Deshmukh said that doctors have been severely hampered. The hospital is instructed to follow strict guidelines. Most covid infected doctors are in Miraj. About 100 doctors in Miraj have been infected with the corona. Health workers will receive a booster dose in the next eight days. The campaign will be launched by the Department of Medical Education. Amit Deshmukh also said that discussions are underway with ICMR.

Corona eruption in Mumbai

Corona is in full swing in Mumbai. The new corona surge also broke the record for the first and second corona waves on Wednesday (January 5). More than 15,000 new coronavirus patients have been found in Mumbai every day. Notably, a fourth person is found to be coronary after every three people tested. As a result, Corona’s positive rate has reached 25 percent. In the last 24 hours, 15 thousand 166 new coronavirus patients have been found in Mumbai. This growing number of coronaviruses is a cause for great concern.
